Role Overview:

Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day investment operations across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other financial products.
• Manage client onboarding, KYC, and documentation processes.
• Coordinate with AMCs, R&T agents, and internal advisors for trade execution and query resolution.
• Maintain accurate client investment records and MIS reports.
• Support the wealth team in portfolio tracking and operational automation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, mutual fund operations, or financial services preferred.
• Proficient in

  Excel

  , with a knack for data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
