Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Associate who can ensure smooth execution of back-office processes, investment transactions, and client servicing workflows. You’ll be the bridge between our advisory and execution teams, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and a best-in-class client experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day investment operations across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other financial products. Manage client onboarding, KYC, and documentation processes. Coordinate with AMCs, R&T agents, and internal advisors for trade execution and query resolution. Maintain accurate client investment records and MIS reports. Support the wealth team in portfolio tracking and operational automation initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, mutual fund operations, or financial services preferred. Proficient in Excel , with a knack for data accuracy and process efficiency. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
