About the Role

Operations Associate

The role demands ownership, discipline, and a calm sense of urgency someone who can think ahead, handle multiple priorities, and keep operations flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operational workflows across internal and external teams.

Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and communication between all departments.

Support the onboarding and documentation process for new hires.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners for procurement and project execution.

Maintain tracking sheets, reports, and operational data with accuracy and consistency.

Assist with event operations, logistics, and on-site coordination when required.

Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve challenges before they escalate.

Requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking ability.

Excellent communication skills and follow-through.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel.

Comfortable working in dynamic schedules and fast-paced environments.
