Creative Designer (UI/UX + Brand + Social)

This role sits at the intersection of product design, brand identity, and content creation.

You’ll design our product in Figma and work directly with the creative and social teams to ship assets daily. Apply only if you love your work and can start within one week, no time wasters please. What you’ll do

• Design and maintain UI/UX for mobile and web in Figma.
• Build and evolve Disco’s brand system: typography, color, layout, and motion basics.
• Create social media assets: posts, stories, reel frames, campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with the videographer/editor on art direction and content planning.
• Track design and culture trends; translate them into actionable ideas.
• Keep design files organized and hand-offs clean.

Requirements

• Strong command of

  Figma

  (components, auto-layout, prototyping, responsive design).
• Solid

  brand design

  skills: grid, hierarchy, typography, export-ready assets.
• Experience creating

  social graphics

  for Instagram and short-form platforms.
• Basic

  motion

  capability (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut).
• Understanding of

  content workflows

  and quick iteration cycles.
• Stay up to date with social media trends
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverables.
