Creative Designer

As a Product Designer at Disco, a nightlife-tech startup redefining how cities experience clubs and local culture, your role will be at the intersection of product design, brand identity, and content creation. You will have the opportunity to design the product in Figma and collaborate closely with the creative and social teams to deliver assets on a daily basis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and maintain UI/UX for mobile and web platforms using Figma. - Develop and enhance Discos brand system encompassing typography, color, layout, and motion basics. - Generate social media assets including posts, stories, reel frames, and campaign visuals. - Work in collaboration with the videographer/editor on art direction and content planning. - Stay updated on design and culture trends to implement innovative ideas effectively. - Ensure organization of design files and maintain clean hand-offs. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and responsive design. - Strong skills in brand design focusing on grid, hierarchy, typography, and export-ready assets. - Experience in creating social graphics for platforms like Instagram and other short-form media. - Basic knowledge of motion graphics using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut. - Understanding of content workflows and ability to iterate quickly. - Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends. - Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple deliverables effectively. The position is based in Pune with a hybrid work setup. The start date is immediate, and it is a paid position.
