Job Overview

  • Operational Performance Analytics (IQVIA Designation:- Clinical Process Spec 2) team member will perform activities within the Centralized Performance Analytics team for all clinical studies within GDO across the portfolio.
  • The following key accountabilities describe the general tasks for Operational Performance Analytics, but are not limited to these tasks only. The assignment to those tasks will be dependent on the individual role level and work experience.

Competencies & Skills

  • Demonstrated advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and effective data analysis capabilities.
  • Expert in Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques, as well as Power Query for data transformation.
  • Experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
  • Skilled in incorporating AI tools and techniques into daily work and analysis to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and effectively coordinate tasks with accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels and work in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and time management.
  • Adaptable and flexible in multicultural environments, with a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Capable of acting as a subject matter expert and providing training on new processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sciences, economics or business administration
  • Non-graduate jobholders with substantial amount of professional experience in clinical research
  • 5 –10 years of professional experience in a clinical research-related position (Clinical Development or equivalent)
  • Understanding of Clinical Operations & ICH-GCP
  • Experience in business analytics and AI technologies
  • Proven track record of driving insights and improving processes in high-volume environments
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management Systems (e.g., Planisware) and/or Clinical Trial Management Systems
  • Expertise in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI)
