Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pub Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day pub operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff performance, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of bar operations, and the ability to maintain high service and compliance standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete FOH & BOH pub operations Ensure smooth daily functioning of the pub/bar Drive sales, revenue, and profitability Maintain high standards of guest service and experience Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance Oversee bar operations, beverage control, and stock management Handle vendor coordination and inventory audits Ensure compliance with FSSAI, excise, safety, and legal norms Plan and execute promotions, events, and themed nights Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Control costs, wastage, and pilferage Coordinate with management for business strategy and growth Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of experience in pub/bar operations At least 2–3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of bar service, cocktails, beverages, and compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Good command of English (additional languages are a plus) Ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays Energetic, presentable, and guest-focused personality Strong understanding of sales, cost control, and staff management Preferred SkillsExperience in high-volume pubs or nightlife venues Event planning and nightlife promotions Strong networking and vendor management skills Hands-on operational mindset Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary Performance-based incentives Growth and career advancement opportunities Dynamic and high-energy work environment
