Operation Manager

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations with proficiency in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Management skills. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating Team Leadership and Performance Management skills to ensure efficient workflow within the logistics team. - Managing Client and Vendor relationships to maintain effective communication and partnerships. - Implementing Process Optimization strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity. - Utilizing Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders. - Applying Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite to streamline logistics processes. - Showcasing Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges in logistics operations. To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in the logistics or 3PL industry would be advantageous.
