Job Description

Job Summary:

We Are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead overall operational functions with strong team-handling and client-handling experience. The role involves strategic planning, process optimization, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective operational execution.

Requirements:
Experience: 8-10 yrsTeam Handling: 100 membersGender: Female (Prefered)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve performance and service quality.
  • Monitor operational effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, productivity, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Handle client interactions, resolve escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide strategic input to leadership on workflow enhancements, policy updates, and operational decision-making.
  • Design, maintain, and manage internal reporting systems, documentation processes, and performance dashboards.
  • Plan and conduct training programs for staff on operational guidelines and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for operational requirements.
  • Conduct periodic internal operational audits and support external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in operations management.
  • Proven team-handling experience with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship management skills.
  • Expertise in operational planning, process improvement, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Ability to develop training programs and guide staff on operational protocols.
