Operation Manager

As a Project Manager for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing ongoing projects. You will collaborate closely with team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. Your proven experience in project management and leadership skills will be crucial for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution - Ensure timely delivery, within scope and budget - Define project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders - Manage resource allocation and availability - Develop and monitor project plans - Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs - Measure project performance - Report and escalate to management - Maintain client and stakeholder relationships - Perform risk management - Establish relationships with vendors - Create and update project documentation - Delegate tasks to junior staff based on their strengths - Track project performance to meet goals - Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints - Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and staff - Develop leadership skills - Attend conferences and training as required - Create spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps **Qualifications Required:** - Proven project management experience - Strong client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, we require a candidate with a Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
