Manage the complete loan lifecycle—from login, verification, assessment, approval, sanction, and disbursement. Ensure accurate and timely processing of Property Loan applications. Verify customer KYC, income documents, bank statements, property papers, and legal/technical reports. Coordinate with credit managers for file approvals and sanctioning. Work closely with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams for smooth workflow. Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure TAT adherence. Train the team on documentation, policies, loan products, and customer service. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on logins, sanctions, disbursements, pending files, and TAT. Analyze data for improvements and share insights with management. Candidate should have complete knowledge of property loan. LOS/ LMS System Knowledge is must required skill.
