Operation Head

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Bhopal

Position Overview:

The Operational Head will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overall management, and operational excellence for the dental clinic chain. The role requires driving growth, profitability, patient satisfaction, and brand reputation while ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and compliance. The Operational Head will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to build a scalable, sustainable, and patient-centric organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Define and execute the vision, mission, and long-term strategy of the clinic chain.
• Identify opportunities for expansion (new clinics, new cities, franchise models, partnerships).
• Develop business models to increase revenue streams (specialized dental care, cosmetic dentistry, preventive dentistry, etc.).

Operations & Performance Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all clinics to ensure consistent quality of care and efficiency.
• Implement best practices in patient care, customer service, and operational management.
• Drive adoption of digital tools (EHR, CRM, tele-dentistry, appointment systems).

Financial Management

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the chain.
• Ensure profitability and sustainable growth through cost optimization and revenue maximization.
• Build and maintain investor and stakeholder confidence through transparent financial reporting.

Clinical Excellence & Compliance

• Ensure all clinics adhere to national healthcare regulations and dental practice standards.
• Work with the Chief Dental Officer/Clinical Heads to maintain high standards of treatment and patient safety.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and patient satisfaction.

People & Culture

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing clinical and administrative teams.
• Establish a strong organizational culture centered on ethics, trust, patient care, and innovation.
• Implement effective HR practices for hiring, training, performance management, and retention.

Brand & Marketing

• Strengthen brand presence through innovative marketing, digital campaigns, and community engagement.
• Develop strategic alliances with hospitals, insurance companies, corporates, and educational institutions.
• Position the chain as a leader in affordable, quality dental care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role within healthcare, hospitals, or dental/clinic chains.
• Proven track record of scaling multi-location healthcare services.
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, dental practice norms, and patient care quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
