As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee multiple centers, ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, and lead operational readiness for new centers. Key Responsibilities 1. Multi-Center Operations Oversight Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Shishuka centers to ensure high-quality patient care and seamless service delivery. Monitor staff schedules, patient flow, housekeeping, nursing, billing, and front desk operations. Oversee inventory management (pharmacy, vaccines, consumables) to avoid shortages or overstocking. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards. 2. Expansion & New Center Setup Take the lead in setting up new Shishuka centers, including: Coordinating with civil contractors, interior designers, and facility vendors for timely execution. Managing timelines, budgets, and quality during setup. Facilitating license transfers/approvals (KPME, Pharmacy, Trade License, Pollution Control, etc.).
