As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee multiple centers, ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, and lead operational readiness for new centers. Key Responsibilities 1. Multi-Center Operations Oversight Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Shishuka centers to ensure high-quality patient care and seamless service delivery. Monitor staff schedules, patient flow, housekeeping, nursing, billing, and front desk operations. Oversee inventory management (pharmacy, vaccines, consumables) to avoid shortages or overstocking.
