Operation Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager Hospital: Shishuka Children’s Specialty Hospital Location: Kalyan Nagar and RT Nagar Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organized Operations Manager to help run our hospital smoothly. You will make sure everything works well daily, staff are supported, and patients receive the best care possible. Main Responsibilities: - Oversee daily hospital activities to keep things running smoothly. - Support and manage hospital staff. - Make sure patients are happy and receiving good care. - Help with hospital budgets and spending. - Follow health and safety rules. - Find ways to improve hospital processes. - Work with vendors and suppliers. - Keep records and prepare reports for hospital leaders. - Prepare the team for emergencies and unexpected situations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in hospital or healthcare management. - Good leadership and communication skills. - Ability to solve problems and stay organized. - Knowledge of hospital rules and safety standards is a plus.
