Job Description

The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operational activities of the organization. The role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring smooth workflow, monitoring processes, and assisting management in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Admin, etc.) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Track and monitor operational performance against targets.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and supply chain activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle documentation, reporting, and data management related to operations.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Support in audits, inspections, and other compliance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with cross-functional coordination.
  • May involve occasional travel for vendor/branch coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
