We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and streamline our daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing data through Google Sheets and Excel, handling order flow, stock movement, and operational coordination. You should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling large volumes of data with accuracy. Key Responsibilities:Data Management & Reporting: Use Google Sheets and Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and report operational data, stock levels, and order statuses. Order & Fulfillment Management: Track and manage customer orders from start to finish to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment accuracy. Inventory & Stock Movement: Monitor and record stock movements between locations or departments; ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages. Daily Operational Coordination: Oversee and support smooth day-to-day operations, identifying and solving any bottlenecks or process issues. Staff Coordination & Issue Handling: Address staff-related operational issues and work with team leaders or HR to ensure smooth workflow. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy. Report Generation: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management. Must-Have Skills:Google Sheets: Proficient in creating, managing, and analyzing spreadsheets including filters, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and collaborative features. Excel (Advanced): Strong command over formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF conditions), pivot tables, charts, and data visualization. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and use it to make informed operational decisions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with different departments. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently, especially in dynamic or high-pressure situations.
