Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling client queries, maintaining MIS reports, and supporting key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Excel & Reporting

• Create, manage, and analyze data using advanced Excel functions.
• Generate regular reports and maintain data accuracy.

Email & Communication

• Draft and respond to professional emails efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients through clear communication.

Customer Query Handling

• Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Work closely with teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

MIS & Operations Management

• Maintain accurate MIS reports and operational data.
• Identify areas of process improvement and implement solutions.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation for all operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and data integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of relevant experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar role.
