Analysis of Electricity consumption across all locations from Electricity Bills. By harnessing the power of real-time data analytics and intelligent insights, our energy saving algorithm helps in saving a minimum of 15% on Air Conditioner’s energy consumption. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Real-Time Monitoring & Issue Detection

Continuously monitor the status and performance of all deployed IoT devices.

Identify offline or malfunctioning devices and take immediate corrective action.

Conduct routine system health checks to ensure all devices are operating optimally.

2. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

Diagnose and identify the root cause of offline or malfunctioning devices.

Initiate calls with field teams, vendors, or stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Follow a structured troubleshooting process to restore device functionality.

Document all issues, resolutions, and escalations for future reference.

3. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with on-site technicians or vendors for physical troubleshooting when needed.

Escalate unresolved technical issues to the engineering or IT team.

Keep all stakeholders informed about major incidents and resolutions.

Handle support tickets via email and calls professionally and efficiently.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of offline incidents, resolution timelines, and actions taken.

Submit end-of-day reports summarizing device status, key issues, and resolutions.

Provide weekly and monthly insights into recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Familiarity with remote monitoring tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.

Ability to analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify issues.

ITI Diploma in HVAC/Diploma in Electrical or electronics background is required.

0-1 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational software.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
