Job Description

**Openings for a leading international bpo**
Job Location: GurgaonJob Role: Sales Coach

Job Role:

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to a team of agents on sales techniques, product knowledge (including Vivint's smart home technology), and customer service skills.
Monitor agent performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop action plans for improvement.
Guide and motivate agents to upsell and cross-sell Vivint's products and services to customers.
Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide technical support as needed.
Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment.
Work a
night shift
to align with our U.S. customer base.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably within a U.S. process environment.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Familiarity with smart home technology or a similar technical field is a plus.
Must be an
immediate joiner.
