About the Role


Manager, OneStream Administrator

administering OneStream


Key Responsibilities


OneStream Platform Management, Data Quality & Troubleshooting

  • Maintain and support the daily operation of the OneStream platform, ensuring system reliability and data integrity
  • Manage user access, workflows, and metadata updates
  • Support version control and administration of scenarios (Actuals, Forecasts, Budgets)
  • Identify and resolve data variances, load errors, and system issues through collaboration with finance, IT, and accounting teams
  • Support OneStream solutions including Finance Consolidations, Financial Planning, Tax provisioning and related MarketPlace solutions (e.g., Account Reconciliation, Task Manager, Workforce Planning etc).
  • Ensure consistency of data across OneStream and other source systems.


Reporting & Analysis Support

  • Develop / optimize and maintain key reports, dashboards, templates, workflow in OneStream to support evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to meet ongoing reporting needs.
  • Proactively identify, recommend and implement system improvements and automation opportunities within OneStream.

Training & Documentation

  • Provide functional support and basic training to users across the finance team.
  • Maintain clear system documentation and support compliance/audit requirements.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • OneStream certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in finance systems support including Enterprise Performance Management, with at least 2 years of experience in OneStream.
  • Familiarity with financial Close and Planning processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of OneStream features (Cube Views, Workflows, Dashboards, etc.).
  • Experience with data integration between OneStream and ERP systems.
  • Experience managing user security and access control within OneStream.
  • SQL, scripting, or VBA knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data lake architectures is a Plus

Soft Skills:

  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
