Onboarding Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of consultants hired for Healthcare, Pharma, and State clients.
• Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and clients to ensure the timely collection of onboarding documents.
• Verify and validate candidate information, background checks, and employment eligibility documents (I-9, W-4, E-Verify, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal HR/ATS systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Payroll, HR, Compliance, and Immigration teams) to ensure smooth transitions.
• Track and report onboarding status, highlighting delays or concerns to management.
• Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining organized onboarding records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in

  Onboarding / HR Operations / Compliance

  , preferably in the

  US Staffing industry

• Familiarity with US work authorizations (W2, 1099, C2C, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.) and compliance documentation.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in
