Job Description

What You ll Do

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires across locations.
Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation, welcome kits, and access credentials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the pre-boarding and onboarding process.
Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Payroll, Facilities, and Business Units) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Conduct orientation sessions and training to introduce company policies, procedures, and culture.
Maintain and update onboarding tracking tools and HRIS systems with employee data.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies during onboarding.
Collect and evaluate feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding program.

What You Know

2 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an onboarding or HR operations role.
Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other onboarding tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
