Pricetym aims to provide a seamless travel booking experience for all its users. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist located in Tirupati Urban. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the Pricetym platform. Daily tasks include conducting onboarding sessions, providing necessary training and support, gathering client feedback, and working closely with the Customer Success and Support teams to address any issues or concerns. Qualifications Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding experience Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills Analytical Skills to assess client needs and improve onboarding processes Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
