You will be joining India Pharma Hub, a B2B platform dedicated to revolutionizing how biopharma companies interact, transact, and cooperate. Your role as a Business Onboarding Specialist is crucial in the process of converting potential service providers into active users who are fully engaged with our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to businesses via phone and email from our existing database, guiding them through the account claiming process, encouraging them to add additional services, and ensuring that their profiles are complete and up-to-date. In this role, you will need to effectively communicate the value of India Pharma Hub to potential service providers, address their inquiries with a customer-centric approach, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly onboarding targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating CRM systems, and tracking key performance metrics. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in tele-sales, business development, or customer onboarding roles, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate a persuasive, confident, and empathetic sales approach. Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is required. Being based in Mumbai and available for full-time in-office work is essential. While familiarity with the biopharma industry is a plus, it is not mandatory.
