Job Description

The HR Executive (Onboarding SPOC) role involves overseeing the complete onboarding process for new employees within the organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating pre-boarding activities, conducting onboarding sessions, providing support to new hires, ensuring documentation and compliance, and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the onboarding process. In terms of pre-boarding activities, you will collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to gather necessary information about new hires and ensure that pre-onboarding forms are completed accurately. For onboarding coordination, you will schedule and conduct onboarding sessions from day 1 to day 7 as needed, liaise with IT, facilities, and other departments to set up new employees with essential equipment, access, and workspace on their first day. As the primary point of contact for new hires, you will address any queries or issues they may have during the onboarding phase, facilitate introductions with team members, managers, and other key contacts in the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining updated records of all onboarding activities, ensuring compliance forms are signed and submitted, monitoring task completion, and following up with relevant departments as required. To excel in this role, you are expected to hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of HR experience, focusing on skills development. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential, coupled with attention to detail, accuracy, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Your commitment to enhancing the onboarding experience through feedback collection and process optimization will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and contributing to the overall success of the organization.,
