Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as On-the-Job Trainees (OJT) in House Keeping and Front Office at The Fern Residency Aurangabad. As an OJT, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues professionally.
Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front office and house keeping procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
