Role: - (Off_roll) Executive/Sr.Executive/Assistant Manager- HRBP ( Aviva Life Insurance ) Job location:- 1 for Delhi, 1 For Gurgaon # HR Spoc LinkedIn: - https://www.linkedin.com/in/aryan-raj-76247175/ Purpose: The role - holder plays a significant role in being the People Brand Ambassador and in partnering with business and providing regular People interventions. Main Priorities: Create, review and enhance hiring strategy and model. Develop high-level strategies and marketing plans to grow service vertical, i.e. service and process strategies and campaigns Have managed up-to 100 or more sales hiring in a year ( Bulk Sales Hiring via Job portal's/ ) & new employee onboarding via applicant tracking system (HRMS) P rior experience of hiring in any domain like Insurance, Banking, NBFC & Fintech any is plus Highly proactive in keeping abreast with the latest trends in the recruitment industry Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines. New Hire assimilation Managing Talent Retention & Employee Development initiatives Monitoring the approved HC against the offers/selections / exits/ onboarding to keep a proper check Offer related documentation & Issuance of offers in defined TAT. Driving Employee Engagement initiatives Employee Communication & connect including branch visits within the region. Handling Governance, Grievance Redressal & Conflict resolution. Co-ordinating and managing all the Key Vendors to ensure all the set processes run smoothly. Change Management & Projects. Skills/ Knowledge: Ability to establish credibility and trust with all stakeholders Strong communicator across all levels Capable of dealing & comfortable with ambiguity Courage to propose solutions others are reluctant to address, act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business Partner collaboratively across People function to deliver effectively Solves a variety of day to day problems Drive for results Comfort in working with senior management Excellent Stakeholder Management Strong communication skills across all levels Multi-Tasking ability Problem solving ability Ideal Candidate: Graduate or above with 01+ years work experience in a HR-Talent Acquisition in Sales hiring is must, Immediate joiner preffered!
