Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner)
Partner with consulting leadership to align hiring efforts with workforce planning and business needs
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
Lead and drive campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives
Analyze and leverage recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and provide strategic insights
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams for seamless hiring processes
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive candidate experience and employer brand
Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and talent intelligence within the consulting sector
