Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner)
  • Partner with consulting leadership to align hiring efforts with workforce planning and business needs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Lead and drive campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives
  • Analyze and leverage recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and provide strategic insights
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams for seamless hiring processes
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive candidate experience and employer brand
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and talent intelligence within the consulting sector
