Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage the daily human resources and administrative functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, support employee engagement initiatives, and oversee essential administrative processes, contributing to a positive workplace environment. Human Resources Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews. Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Employee Engagement & Relations: Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally. HR Operations: Maintain employee records and HR databases. Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops. Maintain training records and support employee growth initiatives. Administrative Responsibilities: Office Administration: Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Facility Management: Coordinate maintenance and repair of office infrastructure. Liaise with external vendors and service providers. Event Coordination: Organize internal meetings, team-building activities, and corporate events. Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for employees. Compliance & Documentation: Manage company documents, licenses, and records. Support audits and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. Experience: 3 – 5 years in a similar role, preferably in HR and administration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
