OCM Consultant - Pharma and Life Sciences

**Job Description:** As an OCM Consultant at Red Nucleus, you will be part of the Scientific Services & Advisory team, working under the guidance of experienced consultants to assist organizations in problem-solving, value creation, growth maximization, and overall business performance improvement. You will collaborate with seasoned consultants, subject matter experts, and industry specialists to ensure that client deliverables meet expectations. Your role will involve representing Red Nucleus in addressing clients" business requirements and needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Project planning and management (PMO) - Conducting business requirements research, interviews, and workshops - Process optimization - Developing and deploying training in various formats such as e-learning and instructor-led - Creating business plans/cases - Developing strategic plans and roadmaps - Designing and implementing solutions - Innovative system design - Ensuring quality and compliance - Managing change - Specifying user requirements - Conducting user acceptance testing - Validating systems and implementing them - Migrating documents - Providing helpdesk support - Monitoring metrics and KPIs - Implementing Data Governance - Serving as an IT/Business liaison **Qualifications Required:** - 6 - 8 years of proven OCM experience in driving enterprise technology implementations and process optimizations, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries - Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint customization, deployment, and governance design - Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills - Familiarity with OCM methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR, with the ability to adapt frameworks to organizational needs - High attention to detail - Self-driven and proactive - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to lead projects and meet deadlines - Dependable, flexible, and adaptable - Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaboration with global teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio - Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) You will be joining Red Nucleus, a company dedicated to providing a rich working environment that fosters innovation and encourages employees to strive for excellence.
