Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management within SAP environments. Proven experience applying OCM methodologies and tools. Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules and implementations. Proficiency in project management practices and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with cross-functional teams. Experience designing training curricula based on needs assessments. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
