Senior Analyst – DRS - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Join the team aligned with CBS Clients & Markets, working as part of an extended NSE. The DRS team consists of industry-aligned professionals who collaborate with Client Relationship Executives (CREs) and Client Account Managers (CAMs) to provide integrated, cross-functional support to Deloitte's priority accounts. This support spans six key impact areas: Client Relationships, Strategic Opportunities, Account Team Operations, Quality and Risk, Commercials, and Leadership. The role is expected to be part of a team of up to 10 individuals, reporting to the Assistant Manager. The Senior analyst role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the DRS team.As a DRS Senior Analyst, you’ll work with senior team members and Client Relationship Executives (CRE)/Client Account Manager (CAM) and other core account team leaders on some of our most important accounts – helping our teams build relationships and deliver work. You’ll oversee account operations and strategic activities – keeping our practitioners well informed and in front of the client while ensuring account operations run smoothly. You’ll work closely with account leadership to help address our clients’ most important challenges by bringing them the best of Deloitte. You’ll share what other account teams are doing and help to innovate new approaches. You’ll be an important link between the larger firm, your account teams, and your clients.

As a part of DRS team, you will be responsible for:

The Senior Analyst’s responsibilities will be centred around a specific industry and aligned with the priorities set by the account leadership team. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with an extended NSE team within the industry to build strong working relationships. This role will be part of teams consisting of up to 10 individuals and will report to the Assistant Manager. The Senior Analyst will also play a crucial role in coaching and developing junior team members and sharing best practices.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the Account team driving account excellence and operations.
  • Accelerate strategy execution by provide and In-depth analysis particularly around prioritized Regions and strategic solutions.
  • Position required handling multiple priority accounts aligned within a sector or industry and demands excellent project management skills.
  • Deliver actionable intelligence which will be used to formulate go-to-market strategies.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from stakeholders and support them with research and analysis requirements that includes issue-based analysis.
  • Independently handle end-to-end project management including work delegation, quality reviews, and stakeholder communication, pipeline management, project prioritization and project delivery
  • Liaise with colleagues from Deloitte offices spread across the globe and stakeholders to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities.
  • Support in designing research proposal or report formulating a plan through scoping.
  • Suggest alternatives, and creative solutions to address current and anticipatory needs of clients and stakeholders. Take the relationship beyond transactional level.
  • Participate in team level operational and brainstorming activities.
  • Help and mentor new members in the team to come up to speed.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

DRS team are aligned to an industry (e.g., Energy, Resources & Industrials, Financial Services; Consumer; Life Sciences & Health Care; or Technology, Media & Telecom and Deloitte Private). We help build and execute client service strategies, optimize internal support, and increase efficiencies to enable our account teams to provide the best Deloitte client experience.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and/or Business desirable
  • Key account management or Market research experience
  • Advance level proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, POWER BI, and MS Word
  • Business Administration, Finance, Marketing experience
  • Commercial awareness, an understanding and appreciation one or more industry.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity and understanding of One or two industries.
  • Ability to converse with stakeholders and propose methodologies based on scope of work.
  • Critical thinking that can help look beyond obvious and create hypothesis.
  • Ability to generate extrapolative and forward-looking insights.
  • Experience in processing information in compelling visualization within logical structure is preferred skill.
  • Ability to validate/triangulate sources for relevancy and accuracy.
  • Understanding of Industry and Business Key performance indicators (KPIs) – operational and financial
  • Familiarity with industry regulatory structure and regulations
  • Understanding of business models and value chain that includes role of various entities.
  • Prior experience in account management and report writing for senior management is an added advantage.
  • Articulate ideas and point of views in a confident and effective manner in client calls during all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Review output from junior members to ensure quality adherence.
