Job Summary:

Requirements:For Non-Technical Recruiter, handling Manufacturing , EPC, TIC , Testing & Inspection , Financial Advisory , KPO's etc .

  1. Bachelors degree / Master 's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and programming languages.

  7. Experience sourcing and recruiting for Manufacturing , Testing and Certifaction Industry, EPC from middle to senior level position's .

  8. Shoul posses great knowledge of Hunt Hunting .

4. Familiarity with various functional roles and their requirements5.Experience recruiting for diverse industries and departments.

  1. Talent Acquisition:

    • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
    • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Screening and Interviewing:

    • Conduct initial phone/video screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
  3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and role-specific needs.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, pipelines, and hiring progress.
  4. Offer Management:

    • Negotiate offers with candidates while aligning with company budgets and policies.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  5. Recruitment Strategy:

    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.
  6. Collaborate with team member's for timely delivery of asked profiles . .
  7. Assess candidates according to the Required JD's .
  8. Maintain an understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.

Additional Responsibilities for Non-Technical Recruiters:

  1. Source candidates for roles across departments such as sales, marketing, operations, HR, and finance.
  2. Evaluate soft skills and organizational fit through behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS).
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups.
  • Proficiency in data-driven recruiting techniques and analytics.
