Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor movements. Provide insights on salary benchmarks and talent supply. Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs. Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for seamless handover of candidates. Key Skills Required: Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms. Excellent communication and networking skills. Proficiency in Boolean search and advanced search techniques.
