Job Description

Candidate Sourcing:

    • Actively search for qualified candidates using various channels:
      • Job boards (Naukri, Apna, etc.)
      • Professional networks (LinkedIn)
      • Social media platforms
      • Industry events and networking forums
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Database Management:

    • Maintain an organized and updated candidate database.
    • Track sourcing metrics and ensure proper documentation.

Candidate Engagement:

    • Initiate first-level communication with potential candidates.
    • Pre-screen candidates to assess suitability and interest.

Market Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor movements.
    • Provide insights on salary benchmarks and talent supply.

Relationship Management:

    • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for seamless handover of candidates.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search and advanced search techniques.
  • Tamil , English & Hindi.
  • Strong analytical and market research ability.
