Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Junior Recruiter with prior experience in recruitment consultancy. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with clients throughout the hiring process. Other daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, updating recruitment databases, and assisting in workforce planning. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment consultancy, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and aligning talent to clients needs

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

Knowledge of current recruitment trends and talent acquisition strategies is preferred

Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment

Professionalism, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement

Previous experience in marketing or HR-related functions is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
