Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter / Key Account Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and client accounts. The role involves a mix of talent acquisition, client relationship management, and business delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT positions (Automobile, Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, EPC).

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.

Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and provide timely recruitment solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high service delivery standards.

Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding processes.

Act as a strategic partner to clients for talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Maintain recruitment trackers and submit regular reports to management.

Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Staffing (preferably in Automobile, Consumer Durable, or Manufacturing, EPC industries).

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship management and client-handling capabilities.

Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).

2 to 7 years of relevant experience in recruitment or client management.
