Technical Focus : Strong understanding of roles in Powertrain Systems, Vehicle Integration, BMS, LV Systems, Power Electronics, Battery Engineering, Vehicle Engineering , and Testing & Validation . Hiring Agility : Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring with quality and speed. Stakeholder Management : Strong interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and guide technical stakeholders. Analytical & Process-Driven : Experience using ATS systems and recruitment metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
