1. Non-IT Recruiter (5 Positions) Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (Manufacturing, Automobile, Logistics, Hospitality or related industries). Expertise in hiring for PMO, NVH Testing, SCM, Connected vehicles engineers, Vehicle integration, Quality control, Production Engineers, After Sales, Area Sales Manager (Farm equipments) and relevant engineering roles . Solid understanding and experience of E2E recruitment for at-least one year. Should be able to do market mapping for niche roles and share insights. Solid understanding of recruitment metrics. Common Requirements for All Roles: Strong sourcing, screening and validation skills - as E2E recruiter. Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment - able to share 8-10 relevant submissions on avg on daily basis. Proficiency in ChatGPT, Excel/Google sheets - to maintain trackers. Immediate joiners preferred.
