Press Machine Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mechanical press machines to produce high-quality parts.
  
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on press equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
  
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production data, and maintenance schedules.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as a Press Machine Operator or similar role.
  
• Diploma/ITI degree in relevant field (e.g., Automobile, Mechanical).
  
• Strong understanding of press setup procedures for various materials (metal, plastic) using different tools (die, punch).
  
• Proficiency in operating mechanical press machines safely and efficiently.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
