Job Description

Position: Non-IT Recruiter

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Talent Acquisition:
Identify and attract high-quality candidates using multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening:
Evaluate applicants skills, experience, and cultural fit in alignment with job requirements.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interviews while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Contract & C2H Hiring:
Handle contract / C2H staffing requirements and coordinate with clients when needed.
Recruitment Systems & Tools:
Maintain and manage candidate data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar tools.
Offer Management
: Roll out job offers, negotiate where required, and complete all related documentation and formalities.
Candidate Engagement
: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
