Job Summary:

Finance Operations professional

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting Operations

• Support day-to-day finance operations including transaction processing and reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of MIS, reports, and basic financial analysis
• Support monthly/quarterly closing activities
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and system entries
  

Operations & Process Support

• Assist in loan operations such as disbursement tracking, documentation checks, and system updates
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance) for smooth execution of tasks
• Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and documentation
  

Compliance & Audit Support

• Assist with statutory compliance activities such as GST, TDS, and audit data preparation
• Support internal and external audit requirements
  

Process Improvement

• Follow defined SOPs and help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Support automation and process standardization initiatives
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in

  Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) –

  Good to have, not mandatory

Technical & Functional Skills

• Basic understanding of

  accounting concepts

• Good working knowledge of

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Familiarity with financial systems or ERP is an added advantage
• Interest in finance operations, NBFC or fintech domain
  

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Process-oriented and disciplined approach to work
