What You'll Do

🎯 Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates📄 Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate potential hires🤝 Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs📊 Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics🌐 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment📝 Prepare job descriptions and post openings on various platforms🔍 Source candidates through networking, referrals, and social media channels

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably from a BPO background✅ Hand on experience in hiring for BPO, Non Tech hhiring, preferably for F&A, Customer Support roles hiring✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment✅ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)✅ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail✅ A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagementReady to make an impact? 🚀 Apply now and let's grow together!
