Key Responsibilities

end-to-end Non-IT recruitment

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & social platforms

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates

offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding support

MIS, ATS data, candidate trackers, and weekly hiring reports

• Ensure timely closures and strong candidate engagement to avoid dropouts

Hiring Exposure (Mandatory)

Must have experience hiring for the following roles:

• Sales

• Production

• Quality

• Marketing & Digital Marketing

• Operations

• Maintenance

• HR

• Finance

• Plant & Manufacturing roles

Mandatory Requirement

Must have worked in a Consulting / Recruitment Agency

multiple Non-IT roles simultaneously
