Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Process & NPI Engineer located in Noida . The Senior Process & NPI Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day process engineering tasks, including research and development (R&D), product development, and testing. Additional responsibilities include project management, process optimization, and leading new product introductions (NPI). The incumbent will be expected to improve manufacturing processes, ensure product quality and reliability, and contribute to the company's innovative projects. Qualifications Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and the external supplier base Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners Maintain and follow-up on action plan(s) Develop documentation to support production (PFMEA, work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings data, product labels) Ensure compliance to New Product Introduction (NPI) Phase Review Guideline Actively participate in design reviews and provide input to new electronic circuit designs obsolescence redesigns Play a major role in implementing Lean Manufacturing within the plant Be a key player in resolving yield issues during pilot to Mass production Project manage product enhancements from design divisions Act as the technical liaison between R&D/design engineering and manufacturing during product development. Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews Develop and manage manufacturing process plans, tooling requirements, and work instructions for new products. Coordinate and execute pilot builds and first article inspections (FAI). Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards throughout the product lifecycle Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues during ramp-up. Collaborate with suppliers for component readiness, tooling, and process validation. Support the development and execution of validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ). Participate in project planning and milestone reviews, ensuring NPI deliverables are met on time and within budget.
