New Product Introduction Engineer

We are seeking an experienced NPI Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in coordinating with R&D New Products Development groups to develop strategies for new products and provide engineering support throughout the product development process. As the NPI Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the New Product Introduction process, handling a team of NPI Engineers, and ensuring effective project management and documentation using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will also need hands-on experience with Gerbers and related tools, interpretation of electronic components datasheets, and experience in product testing using tools like Multimeter and CRO. Responsibilities include coordinating with R&D for New Product Development strategies, providing engineering support for all product development activities, preparing project timelines and assessing resource requirements, monitoring the status of new products, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. You will also collaborate with engineering and product management departments to develop Manufacturing Plans, assist the Manufacturing department in effective communication across all departments, and develop and execute product test plans according to manufacturing process instructions. Minimum qualifications for this role include 2-4 years of experience in the same domain and a B.Tech qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, hands-on experience with Gerbers and related tools, and experience in product testing and using testing tools are required skills. Preferred skills include experience in managing teams and knowledge of manufacturing processes and compliance.,
