SnapUp is looking for a high-performing Product Manager who can take charge of the complete New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone who understands sourcing, supply chain, market insights, and product innovation — and can convert ideas into successful commercial products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities


✨ NPI / NPD Strategy & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end NPI/NPD cycles — from concept, design, and development to final launch.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with R&D, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Ensure products are launched on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
✨ Sourcing & Supply Chain Management
  • Manage sourcing of components/materials ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Oversee spare parts and inventory planning aligned with product demand.
✨ Market Research, Insights & Forecasting
  • Conduct deep market studies to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead forecasting to align production planning with sales projections.
  • Use data insights to shape product roadmaps and upcoming launches.
✨ Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning & Brand Building
  • Build GTM strategies that maximize product visibility and market success.
  • Collaborate with marketing & sales to plan launches, campaigns, and product communications.
  • Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging and customer experience.
✨ Product Lifecycle Management
  • Track product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements.
  • Lead testing, certification, quality compliance, and regulatory readiness.
  • Manage end-of-life transitions strategically.
✨ Sales Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to guide future decisions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify market gaps and opportunities.
✨ Training & Cross-Functional Support
  • Deliver product training to store teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and support readiness.
✨ Cost Optimization (COGS)
  • Drive cost-effective sourcing and product development strategies.
  • Ensure margin and profitability targets are consistently met.



🔹 Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in NPI/NPD, sourcing, product development, or similar roles.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, manufacturing, or D2C brands preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize, execute, and scale products.
