As a Communication agency, AL values conversations and storytelling. You are in search of communicative individuals who are proactive and passionate about serving clients. Currently, AL is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join the dynamic team in Malad, Mumbai. Please note that only candidates with relevant agency experience will be considered for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - **New Business Acquisition:** - Identify and target potential local and international brands for growth opportunities. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels. - Proactively generate leads via cold calls, emails, and networking events. - Create a comprehensive business development strategy with clear financial objectives. - Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our services. - **Client Engagement:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their digital marketing needs. - Act as the primary point of contact, providing expert solutions and guiding clients through our services. - Conduct in-person meetings for business development, relationship-building, and partnership strengthening. - **Proposal and Pitching:** - Prepare and present persuasive proposals and pitches to prospective clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that address client needs. - Drive negotiations, close deals, and secure long-term contracts with new clients. - **Market Intelligence:** - Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. - Utilize market insights to refine client engagement strategies and stay competitive. - **Sales Reporting and Revenue Targets:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. - Aim to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, progress against targets, and market insights to the leadership team. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing industry. - Experience in a digital marketing agency, exposure to local and international markets. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and local languages. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships, foster partnerships. - Results-driven with a passion for digital marketing and business development. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, capable of working independently. - Strong leadership skills, proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,
