Network Operations Specialist

As a Network Management professional, your role involves ensuring the highest quality standards of providers through training, audits, and evaluations. You will visit OEMs and dealers to onboard new vendors and work towards ensuring the profitability of Depots. Your responsibilities also include controlling fleet maintenance costs, managing inventory, and empanelling new network partners to enhance company profitability. Your key responsibilities include: - Constantly ensuring providers meet quality standards through training and evaluations - Visiting OEMs and dealers to onboard new vendors - Ensuring profitability of Depots and minimizing costs - Empanelling new network partners - Controlling fleet maintenance costs and inventory management - Mapping client requirements and providing effective solutions for Breakdown Assistance & Network expansion - Minimizing bottlenecks for high service quality and increasing Customer Satisfaction Index - Identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction - Directing, leading, and motivating the workforce - Imparting continuous on-the-job training for operational effectiveness - Working on succession planning, providing technical guidance, and appraising performance Your qualifications should include: - Experience in breakdown assistance and RSA - Network expansion and empanelment of new vendors in RSA - Market study and report preparation for new client enrolments - Understanding client requirements in fleet availability and TAT for service - Continual interaction with dealerships In this role, you will have the opportunity to network with financially strong providers, develop new business partnerships, and coordinate with dealers and franchisees to promote RSA services effectively. Your focus will be on strengthening the service network, maximizing customer satisfaction levels, and ensuring continuous improvement in provider and company profitability through effective management strategies.,
