Network Operations Specialist

As a NOMC Executive at Iskraemeco by Kaynes Technology in Trivandrum, Kerala, you will be responsible for the operations of smart metering products such as HES, WFM & MDMS. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling events & alerts, and incident management. - Managing network operations and monitoring center activities. - Ensuring SLA compliance and providing technical support for testing & validation of smart metering products. - Resolving disputes and coordinating with field staff. To qualify for this role, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in smart metering services and NOMC operations. A Diploma or B. Tech in any stream is required. Additionally, knowledge about Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) architecture, infrastructure, products & services is essential. Local candidates with proficiency in Malayalam language will be preferred. In this position, you will work in 24x7 rotational shifts and provide technical assistance to field staff. You will monitor HES, WFM & MDMS applications 24x7, coordinate with utility and other application providers, and resolve integration-related issues. Moreover, you will collaborate with TSP vendors, perform SAT & UAT, and manage incident tickets effectively.
